Caron Equipment Inc. is seeking a number of Heavy Equipment Operators with a range of experience for the I Am Gold operation near gogama on a 7 day in / 7 day out rotating shift.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in all training required for Heavy Equipment Operators

• A detailed understanding of mining and /or industrial and /or civil construction methods

• Ability to work on rotating shifts

• Ability to work extended hours

Other related duties as required but not limited to:

• Hauling of aggregates to various locations

• Related experience within the mining, construction or industrial sector would be an asset

• Valid Driver’s license, A safe driving record is required for this position

• Adhere to all safety, health and environment policies and procedures

• Work as a supportive team member

• Take part in all required training

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to work independently

• Ability to build good, respectful working relationships

• Levels of experience Preferred – 3+ Years
