Responsibilities:

Recruitment and On boarding: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. Collaborate with Human Resource Manager to ensure a smooth on boarding experience for new employees, including preparing on-boarding training.

HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and benefits enrollment. Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion.

Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, policies, and procedures. Promote a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering open communication.

Training and Development: Assist in organizing training programs and development initiatives to enhance employees' skills and knowledge. Coordinate training logistics, track participation, and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions.

Performance Management: Support the performance management process by assisting in the documentation of performance reviews, goal setting, and performance improvement plans. Collaborate with managers to ensure timely completion of evaluations and provide guidance on performance-related matters.

HR Projects: Contribute to various HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and policy updates. Research best practices and industry trends to recommend innovative HR solutions
Requirements:

Post secondary education required, degree or diploma in Human Resource preferred.

Previous experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role.

Recruitment experience and demonstrated success with recruitment.

Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Networking skills to liaise with potential recruits, business partners and clients

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
